BEFORE

The house was poorly constructed with a huge tree root affecting the foundation and the slab of the house.  The slab in the living room needed to be removed and replaced after removing the root from the giant tree

Our Process

We started with an outdated 1980s single-family Mediterranean-style house with a giant tree root threatening the foundation and slab. After 14 months of construction (including the removal and replacement of the living room slab), we delivered a 21st-century transitional beauty to the new owners.

Our TEAM

With the help of interior designer Samantha Williams, general contracting firm Courtney Construction, and structural engineering firm CalCivic Engineering, we completely remodeled the interior and gave the exterior a dramatic transformation.
